How do I help save water?

  • You can start by looking at our How Much Water does it take page>>
  • Where can you reduce your water usage?
  • A good start is to turn off the water when you are brushing your teeth.
  • Another great water saver is to turn off the water when you are lathering up with soap or shampooing your hair in the shower.
  • You can also save water by saving the water you don't use while taking a shower (this is called gray water) and using it to water your plants.
  • When you stay at a hotel tell the hotel cleaning crew to not wash your towels or bed sheets until you leave.
