What Causes Droughts?

Waster here, I'm going tell you how I cause droughts!

Droughts begin when there is no rain for a long time. If there is rain,
there isn't enough to be absorbed into the ground, making things very dry.
Plants and animals need water to survive so if there is not enough water
they will all eventually die from thirst and dehydration! It affects the entire
food chain; If a plant dies from a drought, animals that eat that plant will
have no food, and the cycle goes on. Most droughts occur in the hot summer months and can last for years sometimes. This affects areas with crops the worst as the crops can't grow and the farmers will have no food to sell.

Droughts can have other effects on your health and lifestyle. Water shortage limits the supply of water for drinking and showering. Temperatures in droughts can skyrocket, leading to heat stroke and climate shifts.
